I'm looking to go full keto from next week, albeit meat free and with limited diary i.e. no cow products. I'm mainly doing this for health reasons as i have epilepsy, and some studies have shown that it helps reduce seizure frequency. I understand it's rather challenging going keto without meat, but for moral reasons i won't eat meat unless it's organic and free-range. Within months i should be in a financial position to introduce some organic meats. In the meantime i plan to get most of my protein from fish, eggs, nuts and seeds.
